Ayam Bakar Bumbu Kecap

4. Setelah bumbu meresap ke dalam ayam, panggang ayam di dalam oven 5. Sajikan

Ayam 150 gram (2 potong ayam)

Bumbu :     

Bawang Merah 2 Siung Bawang Putih 1 Siung Cabe Merah 3 buah ¼ sdm gula merah Jeruk nipis dan garam secukupnya

Garnish :  

1 buah tomat 1 buah timun

Cara Membuat : 1. Ayam dibersihkan terlebih dahulu 2. Bumbu digiling halus, tambahkan sedikit air dan kecap 3. Masukkan ayam ke dalam bumbu yang sudah tercampur dengan air dan kecap. Masak ayamnya sampai lunak dan kuahnya kental dengan ditutup
