Dear Henk, May the Peace and Love of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always. I am sorry for the delay of OP A reports and the receipts. Every time when the elders take their money, they sign on a book, which is placed in the clinic. Now to mini mi ze paper work load, we have tried to put it together and let them sign for the reporting. The amount they took from June 2008 to March 2009 is signed on one paper. That means their monthly 25 Birr for the mentioned months is on one paper. The second is the Christmas and Easter gift. The amount of the money signed for is what we spent on the Elderly program and if added, it matches with the amount shown on the reports. Thank you for what you do to our Elders here in Alecu.
