Spaghetti a la Putanesca Receta Club Gourmet – Eduardo Guerrero García

Ingredientes: • 500 grs. de spaghetti • 300 ml. de salsa pomodoro * • 100 grs. de aceitunas verdes (deshuesadas) • 100 grs. de aceitunas negras (también deshuesadas) • 100 grs. de alcaparras. • 50 grs. de anchoas • 50 grs. de ajo • Pimienta Preparación: Prepara salsa pomodoro (ver receta) Saltea en aceite de olivo el ajo, las aceitunas verdes y negras y las alcaparras. Agrega la salsa pomodoro Sazona únicamente con pimienta.(las aceitunas y las alcaparras tienen suficiente sal)
