Salsa Boscayola Receta Club Gourmet – Eduardo Guerrero García

Ingredientes:       

50 grs. de ajo picado 250 grs. de zetas 100 ml. de vino blanco 100 grs. de mantequilla 100 ml. de crema Perejil picado Sal y pimienta

Preparación: Saltea en la mantequilla el ajo y las zetas. Incorpora el vino blanco y deja que se reduzca a la mitad (deglasea). Añade la crema y el perejil. Sazona con sal y pimienta. (cuidado con la pimienta blanca muy perfumada). Esta salsa puede usarse con pasta o bien con pollo a la plancha o asado al horno.
