Pasta Frutti de Mare Receta Club Gourmet – Eduardo Guerrero García

Ingredientes: • • • • • • • •

50 grs. de spaghetti (u otra pasta) 30 ml. de salsa Pomodoro 20 grs. de camarones 20 grs. de calamares (o pulpo) 3 piezas de mejilones 5 grs. de ajo 10 ml. de vino blanco Sal y pimienta.

Notas: Las pastas con mariscos no llevan queso Parmesano. Preparación: Saltear en el aceite de olivo el ajo, los camarones, los calamares y los mejillones. Agregar el vino blanco y deglasear (reducirlo a la mitad). Incorporar la salsa pomodoro. Calentar la pasta y añadirla. Sazonar con sal y pimienta al gusto.
