[email protected] Abstrack : The K-30 is a program to solve the high cost of following the tutoring activities in commercial institution Problem. Tutoring is one of the Nonformal education programs that currently in great demand. The benefits are so many, but not whole students can get this benefit because of financial problem. With K-30 Program, this problem will be solved because this home base available for all of student in Tasikmalaya to grow up student potential with innovation. Background Sustainable Development Goals is United Nations Program for make a better life each Country in the world. On point of all goals is Quality Education. We can support that program by real impact for Indonesia as our country. We can contribute with focus 3 Education type, UU Nomer 20 tahun 2003 explain about type of Education, (1) Formal Education; (2) Nonformal Education; and (3) Informal Education. course is a Popular program, because Learning Course have a big opportunity for student who don’t get in the school. For example A condition of teacher and student is not reasonable, for ideal class 1 teacher for 25 student, but in Indonesia the average student in the class more than 25. It means a teacher can’t giving a optimal controlling to student. Different with Learning Course, 1 teacher have 5 student it’s very good condition to controls student activity in the class. But we need spend more to join with Commercial Learning Course, so it not make whole of student can join to learning course because of financial condition. The K-30 Program come to solve that problem giving a learning course with a “Pay as You Can” system, so it available to whole student in Tasikmalaya.

Problem Statement This Paper focus in 3 problem, (1) How the Learning Course can available for whole student at Tasikmalaya? (2) How to Develop Home base Learning access In Tasikmalaya? And (3) How to Develop Teacher and Education Faculty Student Potential as a Candidate of a teacher after graduate from Campus?

Research Method This research using a qualitative method by primer data from UUD 1945 and for second data using a journal, Internet and Interview. The interview to Student and his Parents.

Result Since 6 Month, This program have been build 3 Home Base Learning In 3 Sub-District in Tasikmalaya City. First, we have a Satelite home base learning in Kota Baru, Cibereurem. In Satelite home base have 24 student from different school, but not only from Cibeureum. Majority student in Satelite come from Citapen Elementary School , and Al-Mutaqin Elementary School. We have 300 candidate of student who want join in satelite, but satelite can’t accept whole candidate because of the teacher condition is not reasonable. Second Place, Home Base Learning (RPM) at Cisalak street Benda No. 82 Negrasari, Cipedes, Tasikmalaya. RPM in Cisalak have a 57 students with 8 teacher from FKIP Unsil Student and Alumni. For third place, we have 16 Student with 6 teacher from same institution. Looking to Student pontential, We was bring a student for achieve International Rewards. For example Gold, Silver and Bronze medal American Mathematic Competition,
Bronze medal International Mathematic Science
Olympiad in Singapore, Bronze Medal Thailand International Mathematics Olympiad. In other side, K-30 Program have a goals developing a candidate of the teacher (FKIP student) before Graduate from the campus to get 4 teacher competence like (1) Profesional Competence; (2) Teaching Competence (Knowladge about student
characteristic); (3) Social Competence (Communication Skills); and (4) Interpersonal Competence. V.
Conclusion Indonesia need more real impact from a young to develop quality education in this country. K-30 Program is a place for collect a student who need Learning Course. This program use a student from teacher and Education Faculty to develop teaching competence. The fact , since 6 month we have bring more than 10 student to get International achievement. It’s mean, with the simple initiate has given a big impact for Tasikmalaya to support Sustainable development Goals United Nations Program.
