Abstract One of the nursing problems that is often found in schizophrenic clients is low self-esteem. Low self-esteem is a person's negative perception of himself. This study aims to describe the nursing care of schizophrenic clients focusing on low self-esteem studies with positive thinking interventions usingtechniques reframing. Reframing itself is expanding individual perceptions by reframing the emotional content of an event by changing the point of view without changing the content of the event. The research subjects were 2 male respondents aged 18 and 39 years. The results of the study found an increase in self-esteem scores from the low category to the normal category. This action is recommended as an action to increase the self-esteem of schizophrenic clients, in increasing client self-esteem, it should not only explore positive aspects and train positive aspects but also think positively withapproaches reframing because low self-esteem is caused by respondents' negative perceptions of perceived stressors .
