These tapes are listed on Attachment A; 2. redacted transcripts of New York City Fire Department ("FDNY") tapes of "911" calls referred to the FDNY by the NYPD on September 11, 2001 concerning the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center; and 3. redacted transcripts of tapes of 300 interviews of members of the FDNY conducted as part of an oral history project by the FDNY concerning the FDNY's response to the terrorist attacks. This submission is a partial response to the subpoena served on the City by the Commission on November 24, 2003. It is made subject to the provisions of the Agreement between the City of New York and the Commission dated December 3, 2003.
