As much as 22 inches of snow has piled up in Tehran since Saturday. So far, at least 21 people are killed and 88 people injured. National II. Violent Crime on the Decline, FBI Shows United States, Washington Crime dipped slightly for the first half of 2007, the FBI shows. Violent crime had dropped 1.8 percent between January and June of last year. Yet, they seemed to notice crimes have had an increase in smaller, rural cities, in murder and violence. Local III.
