Other Matters The meeting immediately started with the presentation of the agenda.

Balik-Aral Project The presiding officer informed the body that Mr. and Ms. SPC will help in the distribution of school supplies on September 15-16, 2008.

Intramural The following were the suggested activities for the Fun House this upcoming Intramural: -

A: ‘fun’ D: conflict if there’s no proper endorsement From the suggestions given, the body decided to have a Fun House with piging. Other Matters Mr. Hao and Ms. Jungaya were made spearheads of the NSRC t-shirts. The presiding officer reminded the rest of the board members that there would be a follow-up meeting on September 06 (Saturday) for the proctorship on Sunday. Another meeting should also be conducted to re-align the calendar of activities.
