Flan Casera Ingredients: -3 eggs -1 can of Evaporated milk -1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk -1 cup sugar - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Steps: 1.Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 2.Heat 1 cup of sugar in a small saucepan until a medium golden brown. 3. Pour caramelized sugar evenly into a round, glass cake pan. 4. Mix the 3 eggs, Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk, and vanilla in a large bowl 5. Pour the mixture over the hardened sugar. 6. Fill a large glass pan with a little water and place the glass cake pan in the middle of it. 7. Bake for 1-1 ½ hours, or until the center is not watery. 8. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes and then place in the refrigerator until cold. 9. Once the flan is cold and set, loosen the edges with a butter knife and flip it over onto a serving plate.
