Fetuccino Salmonata Receta Club Gourmet – Eduardo Guerrero García

Ingredientes: • • • • • •

50 grs. de fetuccini 30 grs. de salmón fresco (picado) 30 ml. de crema 20 ml. de vino blanco 10 grs. de mantequilla Sal y pimienta.

Preparación: Saltea el salmón picado con la mantequilla. Deglasear con vino blanco (reducir el vino a la mitad) Añadir la crema y sazonar.
