THE WHEELS 1. Attaching the wheels

Tip! Detaching the wheels. Pull the red wheel locking clip out 1 cm (1/2 in.) with a small screwdriver.

The connectors (80410) can be attached facing forward or backwards. The connectors can be fitted onto different shapes of tubing with a maximum circumference of 20 cm (8 in.). Position the connectors so that the arms (80360/80361) will be able to reach the connectors (maximum 35 cm (14 in.) above the ground). Try to attach the connectors as low as possible on the stroller. Position the connectors so that they do not interfere with the stroller’s folding mechanism. The arms need to stay clear of both the braking mechanisms and the wheels of the stroller. 3. Bend the strap (80400) around the tubing. Then feed the strap through the slot in the connector cover (80390) and pull the strap until tight. Secure the connector by turning the connector-bolt (80395) clockwise. Check that the stroller folds properly; if not, you may need to reposition the connectors.

Place the platform (80100-80106) upside down on a sturdy surface. Push the wheels (80420) firmly into the suspension housing (80220) until the wheels ‘click’ into place.

4. Tightening the connectors

The connectors must be firmly attached to the stroller. To further tighten the connectors, only use a cotter-pin (80381) as a lever. Once tightened, release the cotter pin by pushing the red release button on the end of the connector bolt (80395).

5. Before you cut the strap There is no need to cut the strap if it does not interfere with attaching the BuggyBoard or stroller’s folding mechanism. The strap could be used on a different stroller in the future.

8. Choosing the correct hole

There are three holes in each arm. To choose the hole which best suits your stroller, mount the BuggyBoard as close as possible to your stroller but also make sure your child can stand comfortably. Once decided, screw the cotter pin into your chosen hole, tighten with a coin. If the arms are too short to fit your stroller, there is an “Extender Kit” available as an accessory, see fig 13.

Hold the base of the arms (80300/80301) and push both red buttons. Adjust the width of the arms and click them in to the connectors then release the buttons. Make sure the arms are set an equal distance from the center of the board and the cotter pins are locked in the connectors. English

11. Disconnect the BuggyBoard At the end of each connector-bolt, slide the red release buttons down, whilst lifting the arms up and out of the connectors.

IMPORTANT ! The BuggyBoard must be disconnected from the stroller before folding the stroller. Do not fold the stroller with the BuggyBoard attached -8-

ACCESSORIES The use of any accessories with the BuggyBoard Maxi+ that have not been approved by the manufacturer is not recommended. 13.

13. Accessory: ”Extender Kit” Item no. 11310 In order to attach the BuggyBoard to certain strollers, an Extender Kit might be needed. The extender prolongs the arm up to 6 cm (2 1/3”). The Extenders Kit contains a pairs.

14. Accessory: ”Expandable Arm Kit” Item no. 11311 If the arms provided with the BuggyBoard is too short or too narrow an Expandable Arms Kit is available. The Expandable Arms Kit extends th arms 8,5 cm (3 1/3”) and also add width to the standard arms. The Expandable Arms Kit contains a pairs.

15. Accessory: Extra Connector Kit Item no. 11313 If you want to attach the BuggyBoard to another stroller/pram without having to remove the connectors, there is an Extra Connector Kit available. The Extra Connectors Kit contains a pair.

If the BuggyBoard is temporarily not in use, it can be placed in a “resting” position. Clip the hook (80318) to the platform, then attach the strap to a higher point on your stroller.

CLEANING AND RECYCLING

Cleaning instructions: Use warm water with a soft cloth and a mild non-abresive cleanser. All parts and packaging of the BuggyBoard are made of recyclable raw materials. TESTS

We are committed to ensuring that this product is of the highest quality. The manufacturing process is regularly checked by both internal and external (TÜV) controllers. Samples of parts and completed products are also taken out regularly for testing in our own testing laboratory. The BuggyBoard is tested by the test institute below. English

WARNING • Intended for use with only one child at a time from approximately 2 years of age and with a maximum weight of 20 kg (44 lb). • Always keep your hands on the pram when your child is standing on the BuggyBoard. Never leave your child unattended while he/she is standing on the BuggyBoard. • Make sure your child is always standing with both feet on the anti-slip rear portion of the BuggyBoard. • Never use the stroller’s parking brake while your child is standing on the BuggyBoard. • Before each use, check the connectors and tighten if necessary. • Do not use the BuggyBoard if any part is broken, torn or missing. • Never let children play with the BuggyBoard.

WARRANTY

WARRANTY Your BuggyBoard is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.
