ABSTRACT In this paper, the competence of studentprenuer is needed in the learning of XXI Century TVET in Vocational Schools.Vocational Education in addition to preparing students to work must also be able to create jobs. Therefore studentprenuer competence is needed and must focus on the ability of hard skills and soft skills. These aspects include creative attitude, courage to take risks, smart reading environment, smart to take advantage of all opportunities that exist, be responsible, have a work ethic,leadership, managerial ability, personal skills besides support from the surrounding environment becomes the thing needed in growing student competence at the Vocational Vocational School. Learning TVET The XXI Century at the Vocational School must be link and match the current needs of the industry, and also must use a learning system that implements the Learning By Doing and Hands-On Experience system, otherwise the Vocational School will lose its role along with technological developments and changing times in this XXI Century. Keywords : Competency, Studentrepreneur, TVET XXI Century ABSTRAK Pada paper ini memaparkan tentang kompetensi studentpreneur yang ada dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran TVET Abad XXI di Sekolah Vokasi Kejuruan. Pendidikan Vokasi Kejuruan selain menyiapkan peserta didik untuk bekerja juga harus mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja. Oleh karena itu kompetensi studentpreneur sangat dibutuhkan dan harus terfokus pada kemampuan hardskills dan softskills. Aspek tersebut meliputi sikap kreatif, berani mengambil resiko, pintar membaca lingkungan sekitar, pintar memanfaatkan segala peluang yang ada, bertanggung jawab, memiliki etos kerja, memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan manajerial, keterampilan personal selain itu dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar menjadi hal yang dibutuhkan dalam menumbuhkan kompetensi studentpreneur di Sekolah Vokasi Kejuruan. Pembelajaran TVET Abad XXI di Sekolah Vokasi Kejuruan harus link and match dengan kebutuhan industri saat ini, dan juga harus menggunakan sistem pembelajaran yang menerapkann sistem Learning By Doing dan Hands- On Experience, karena jika tidak maka Sekolah Vokasi Kejuruan akan kehilangan perannya seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan zaman di Abad XXI ini.
