TOWNSHIP OF EWING ZONING BOARD AGENDA The Ewing Township Zoning Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, March 20, 2008 with the agenda session beginning at 7:00 p.m. followed by the regular session beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Township Council Room, Municipal Complex, 2 Jake Garzio Drive, Ewing, NJ. Applicant is requesting variances for addition built without permits as follows: 1. 40 ft required for front yard set back; only has 23 ft; 17 ft variance needed (pre-existing). 2. 10 ft required for side yard set back; only has 5 ft; 5 ft variance needed (pre-existing). 3. 35 ft required for rear yard set back; only has 18 ft; 17 ft variance needed (pre-existing). 4. 12,100 s.f. required for lot size; only has 6,000 s.f.; variance for 6,100 s.f. needed (preexisting). 5. 110 ft required for lot width; only has 60 ft; variance for 50 ft needed (preexisting). 6. 110 ft required for lot depth; only has 100 ft; variance for 10 ft needed (pre-existing). 7. Maximum building coverage permitted is 20% or 1200 s.f.; has 1663 s.f.; variance for 463 s.f. needed. 8. Applicant is requesting a use variance and minor site plan approval for conversion of 14 unit apartment complex with total of 43 bedrooms to 26 one-bedroom apartments. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.
