TOWNSHIP OF EWING ZONING BOARD AGENDA The Ewing Township Zoning Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on July 19, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Township Council Room, Municipal Complex, 2 Jake Garzio Drive, Ewing, NJ. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: Applicant:

Held Over Matters: None New Business: Robin Osborne 10 & 12 Brae Burn Drive Block 139, Lots 10 & 65 R2 Zone

Applicant is requesting variances for paving of gravel driveway and a new sidewalk. 32% or 1577.92 square feet is maximum total lot coverage permitted. Applicant will have 2014.7 square feet, therefore a variance for 437 square feet is requested. Applicant is also requesting 3 foot side yard variance to have driveway 3 feet from side yard line where 6 feet is required. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.

William Maximonis 9 Millard Terrace Block 460, Lot 49 R2 Zone

Applicant is requesting 2 foot variance for fence. Due to grading on rear portion of property, the fence is eight feet in height where no higher than six feet is permitted. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.

Paula Fisher 49 Albemarle Avenue Block 79, Lot 95 R2 Zone

Applicant is requesting variance for expansion of driveway. 32% or 1600 square feet is maximum total lot coverage permitted. Applicant will have 2331 square feet, therefore a variance for 731 square feet is requested. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.

John & Kim Christie 153 Albemarle Avenue Block 407, Lot 78 R2 Zone

Applicant is requesting variances for construction of deck. Deck will be 31 feet from rear yard line. 35 feet is required, therefore a 4 foot rear yard variance is requested. 32% or 1600 square feet is maximum total lot coverage permitted. Applicant will have 1897 square feet, therefore a variance is requested for 297 square feet. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.

Geneva Adderley 140 Albemarle Avenue Block 80, Lots 286 & 410 R2 Zone

Applicant is requesting a use variance to use residence as a two family home. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.
