EWING TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL COUNCIL Auditorium of the Fisher Middle School April 7, 2006 – 7:00 P.M. SPECIAL MEETING President Apai called the Meeting to order at 7:00 pm and read the Open Public Meetings Statement: The notice requirements provided for in the Open Public Meetings Act have been satisfied. Notice of this meeting was properly given as per N.J.S.A. 10:4-18 and was transmitted to the Times of Trenton and Trentonian on April 3rd, 2006 for publication on April 5th, 2006. Documentation and notice have been filed with the Clerk of the Township of Ewing and posted in the Ewing Township Municipal Complex as is required by law. ROLL CALL ƒ ƒ ƒ ƒ ƒ

The Acting Clerk read A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AMENDMENT OF THE STATE FISCAL YEAR 2006 BUDGET

RESOLUTION REQUESTING AMENDMENT OF THE STATE FISCAL YEAR 2006 BUDGET 06R-26 WHEREAS, the local Municipal Budget for the SFY 2006 was approved on December 13, 2005, and, WHEREAS, the public hearing on a said Budget has been held as advertised, and, WHEREAS, it is desired to amend said approved Budget, now BE IT RESOLVED, by the Ewing Township Council that the following amendments to the approved Budget of 2006 be made: 8. GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS:

3. CONTINUATION OF MUNICIPAL BUDGET HEARING FROM JANUARY 10, 2006 Richard Russo, Peter Boughton (119 Florence), Joan Beasley, Patricia Barker (3 Grafton), Steve Nictakis (6 Anne Marie Lane), Nick DeFilippo (5 Darby Court), Elmer Sullivan (13 Llanfair), Carmen DeCello (3 Clermont), Dave Martin (16 Dawes), Richard Hoyt (Wilbertha), Debbie Calle (511 Grand Ave), Kim Welebir (10 Currier), Faye Ball (47 Somerset), Jack Ball (24 Heather), Sandie Stewert (Clermont), Ron Dykus (170 Upper Ferry Road), Kate Tuttle (8 Locke Court) Tom Toth(15 Corey) and Peter Reingold (94 Carlton) al commented on the proposed budget and asked questions about specific items. Members of Council, the Administrator and the Finance Officer all responded to questions. There being no further business, Mr. Steinmann moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Murphy.
