Use Action Verbs Avoid grandiose descriptions like ‘aggressively’, ‘proactively’ etc. Avoid ‘wimpy’ verbs like ‘aided’, ‘participated’, ‘helped’ etc. Use result-oriented action verbs like ‘achieved’, ‘organised’, ‘created’ etc.
