Agenda:

Semestral Evaluation/Celebration

Other Matters

The meeting started with a prayer led by Ma. Rochelle Tongcua. It was then followed by the presentation of the agenda. Semestral Evaluation/Celebration The members suggested the following dates for the said purpose: -

October 21

-

October 22

The body decided to have it on October 21, 2008. The presiding officer suggested to conduct the said evaluation at World Palace. The board members agreed to the suggestion. The budget was also discussed during the meeting. It was decided that if PhP 5,000.00 will not be approved by the moderator, then it would be reduced to PhP 3,000.00 and if the money is insufficient, each board member would contribute an amount of PhP 150.00. The latter was agreed by the body. Other Matters The president, Ms. Pelaez, suggested to the body that in order to mobilize the NSRC members, each has to present at least two (2) certificates of participation before the signing of clearance. And in order to ensure that the board members would really attend to the meeting which will be held twice a month, a fine of PhP 50.00 will be paid for unexcused absences. The body agreed to the suggestions presented which will be effective on the second semester. Having no further concerns, the meeting ended with a prayer led by Ms. Irish Joy Cruzada.
