a) Project Description There are common cases where the employee and company face difficulties in finding the information. The company recruits employees throughout the year, and there are serious problems in handling employee information. Often, employees or company information cannot be found. When there is too much information, the company does not have enough staff and time to collect and store all the employees’ information. This will make it difficult to find important information that may cause damage to the company. It is also difficult for employees to find a job because it is difficult to find detailed information about the company. By redesigning a new search system, the new function will add into the system such as the company executives can more easily store and read company and employee data. As long as the keyword is played, the company and employee information will be presented. Redesigning a new system will bring more benefits to the company and the convenience of the applicant, and the company’s efficiency will also increase. This project is designed to develop the searching system of information for a company. One of the main purposes of creating this search system is to make it easier and easier for users to use. This system also allows companies to update their latest status to make it easier for candidates to apply for jobs based on company requirements. Companies can also give their main company and branch offices locations so that candidates can have more choices to choose where they want to work. Candidates can also apply for jobs through this system. Applicants' information will be transmitted to the company through the system. The company can view all applicants' information through the system and can inform them of the interview time or successful admission to become a company employee through this system. This system also supports the use of some foreign companies close to Malaysia. So this system can also support multiple languages including some foreign languages such as Japanese Korean Thai, etc. This also caused people from different countries to work in different languages and learn about local culture. This project is estimated to complete within one year. The total budget is estimated RM180000 approximately which include direct cost, ongoing cost and indirect cost. The system has a simple interface and a clear description. Therefore, it is user friendly and users can easily understand the system.
