September 11, 2009 NAACP National Headquarters Legal Department 4805 Mt Hope Drive Baltimore, MD 21215 Re: File No. 06-09-90079 To whom it may concern: Please find enclosed Clarence Maddox’s letter dated August 25, 2009 regarding my complaint of judicial misconduct against Federal Judge James D. Todd. I am forwarding a copy of my reply letter dated Sept 10, 2009. I have filed my Motion to Joind Claims and Parties. United States Court of Appeals case Green vs. Todd could have more profound impact to advance our African American community than the U.S. Supreme Court case Brown vs. Board of Education. Recall the case of Scott vs. Sandford. Chief Justice Roger B. Taney suffered from delusion of grandeur. He overstepped his scope of authority to dismiss Dred and Harriet’s Civil Rights Lawsuit. Our Fourteenth Amendment has overturned his infamous decision. Respectfully submitted, Stanley Green Attachments: As stated
