United States Court of Appeals case Green vs. Todd could have more profound impact to advance our African American community than the U.S. Supreme Court case Brown vs. Board of Education. Recall the case of Scott vs. Sandford. Chief Justice Roger B. Taney suffered from delusion of grandeur. He overstepped his scope of authority to dismiss Dred and Harriet’s Civil Rights Lawsuit.
