Official Representatives In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make. The title of ambassador, public minister or consul is insignificant. Rather, it is significant that he or she is an official representative. American government has been engineered to permit intercourse between cities, states, nations and/or kingdoms. Biblically, Jesus has proclaimed that he had come from the kingdom of heaven. The Pharisees and Sadducees were political groups. Their leaders have falsely accused our Lord and Savior of blasphemy. Governor Pilate by consent of the Jews has crucified Christ at Calvary. Roman soldiers have marked on his crucifix “King of the Jews”. America is a Christian nation. Our Founding Fathers have made provisions to restrain political groups from exploiting our judiciary to carry out religious persecution. Any case brought to trial that may affect a person who acts in official capacity to politically represent the People must originate in our Supreme Court. Cases that are nonpolitical in nature the Supreme Court may have appellate jurisdiction. U.S. Senator Ted Stevens is an elected representative of Alaska. His case was political in nature. Prosecutors must have originated his case in our U.S. Supreme Court. The same may have applied to Defendants of Operation Tennessee Waltz. President of the United States is an elected representative. Elected representatives are subject to recall, impeachment or scrutiny by the press. It is inconceivable that our Founding Fathers would demine the office of any elected official in a democratic style of government. The Electorates constitutes our Supreme Rulers. We have the power to vote any incumbent out of office.

Nelson Mandela is the first President of South Africa to be elected in fully representative elections. The apartheid government had imprisoned President Mandela for 27 years. The People and its government had different opinions.
