John Keys Case No. 08-2682-JDT-dkv Dear Eric: I am attaching a 10-page copy of my 1992 Psychosexual Evaluation written by Dr. Terri J. Rau., U.T. Medical Group as prima facie evidence of my case. I claim that Dr. Terri J. Rau has conspired to carryout a blind experiment in Shelby County TN to defraud TN Veteran Affairs award her a military contract on the false pretense that she has gathered clinical data that has furnished her with sufficient knowledge to prevent sexual assaults in the Armed Forces. Dr. Rau’s Psychosexual Experiment at UT Medical Group has violated the Civil Rights of its participants same as the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment.
