Living a Perfect Lie Each Prosecutor in America has been living a perfect lie. I am a volunteer and eminent criminologist researcher in America. My role has been to some how expose the lie about American Prosecutors. I have begun my pursuit in 1988. The news media has censored my reports for two long decades. I have been deprived my right to freedom of the press. Instead, my reports have been suppressed and oppressed. I have established a News Paper entitled Academia News (AN). My news reporters and/or editors are comprised of volunteers from Wikipedia. I copy their definitions and publish them to my readers. My audience may be comprised of academian scholars. They have an acute appreciation of etymology and/or epistemology. Each Prosecutor is the culprit behind feeding gossip or rumors to the press. The press reports the rumored gossip to the American society to inflame hatred. The public demands a criminal trial to investigate whether the rumored gossip is true or false. A criminal trial is a contest to prove which side has hired the best lawyer. The lawyer that presents the greater argument is the victor. If a Defendant has hired a Defense lawyer with weaker legal skills than the Federal or State government, then he or she may be convicted of a felony offense and sentenced to serve time in prison. The jury is rendering a verdict to decide which lawyer has presented a better case. Is that what we wish for as a civilized society? Heaven forbids! We dare not convict any member of our society based upon the notion of presentation. Instead, our ultimate purpose is to serve and protect each individual no matter his or her personal profile. It is not our duty to judge any person’s character or moral fiber. Rather, each of us may be unique. We may differ in our lifestyle and/or sexual preferences. Our 1st Amendment protects our civil liberties to freedom of choice and/or expression.

I personally recommend that our criminal justice system is totally abolished. My reason is simple. Our Federal or State government represents an agency to serve the People. Pursuant Agency/Agent laws our government owns a fiduciary duty to serve and protect each taxpayer as the principal party. No government agency or agent may act in any fashion to inflict harm upon any American citizen for any reason. Written by
