NV Pro Rodeo/ Fall Fair Days Volunteers have worked

hard to make this year’s rodeo a go, in the face of more than the regular hurdles. They are part of a 51-year continuum celebrating the Nicola Valley’s cowboy heritage. There’s a pancake breakfast hosted by the Cents Booster Club, Sat., 8-11am, at Quilchena Square/Pharmasave parking lot. The Nicola Valley Pro Rodeo runs Sat. & Sun, starting 1pm at the rodeo grounds on Lindley Crk Rd, with Saturday slack starting at 9am. The Fall Fair Building will be open to the public Sat., 12noon-8pm & Sun 9:30am-2:30pm. The Fall Fair dance is 9pm-1am Saturday.
