Planned Structure of Activities: Ms. Cachuela had informed the body with the things to be accomplished this week: July 15 from 1-4 p.m. – packing of donations 5:30p.m. – meeting 6-7 p.m. – interview *Deadline for the payment of PhP 150.00 (NSRC shirt) July 16 – deadline for the submission of the list of participants (c/o Jesly for BSMT, Mae & Pae for UT) July 17 – go to TMC office There having no further concerns, the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
