Donations The meeting started immediately with the presentation of the agendum.

The presiding officer had informed the body of the in-kind donations that they could give for the victims of the typhoon. So as to have an equal distribution of goods, the presiding officer had suggested that sophomores would be the one to give old clothes; and for the juniors and seniors will be canned goods.

Everybody agreed to the suggestion. He also informed the presidents that a box shall be provided for their donations and it will be placed at the Saligan office. There having no further concerns, the meeting ended at 6:50 p.m.
