It will be held at Zed’s Pizza, on May 4, 2008 starting 6:00 pm. Fundraising projects Mr. Wilmar Hao and Ms. Irish Cruzada were assigned to spearhead the fundraising project. The project includes collection of plastic bottles, cups, and cans in SPC-canteen. The spearheads will pass a letter for approval to the OSA and to Sr. Efigenia Sto. Doming, OP, canteen in-charge. The fundraising project will start this Monday (May 5, 2008). A trash container will be placed in the canteen where the plastic bottles will be collected, and Sister Efigenia suggested also to place something on the tables which will serve as notes to the students about the project. At the end of every day, a board member will be assigned to collect the plastic bottles and place it on the locker provided by Sir Boy, the school maintenance head. Ms. Joann Fuertes was assigned to sell the proceeds at a junk shop. Other Concerns The presiding officer informed the body about the SOS adopt-a-house project and assigned Ms. Joann Fuertes and Veniza Tumanda to be the spearheads of the activity. The activity is done every Sundays with 30 participants each Sunday. Further details about the project will be discussed next meeting. Mr. Wilmar Hao also asked for the permission of the body regarding the switching of positions with Joann Fuertes, the present Asst. Treasurer. His reason was he doesn’t like to be a secretary and preferred to be in the finance committee. The body approved the motion and Ms. Cachuela, the NSRC president, responded and supported him and said “wherever you think you can do best and function well, then go…” Also, Mr. Hao informed the group that Mr. Benigno Masungcad approved the exchange of position between the two officers. There having no further concerns, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. with a prayer led by Jizelle Pae Bonguyan. . Minutes taken by: Wilmar F. Hao NSRC Secretary Noted by: Dawn Kimberly Cachuela
