I. Call to Order •
President Alexander Saxton called the regular Senate meeting in the Heritage Room on January 28, 2008 @ 11:50.
II. Roll call Please refer to senate.attendence.pdf for the official attendance list.
III. Approval of Last Meeting's Minutes The minutes from the previous Senate Meeting have been approved.
IV. Opening Issues 1. Important meeting on Feb 2 (President Alexander Saxton) ◦ There will be an important impeachment meeting on Feb 2. 2. Ms Abrams' Address (Ms Abrams) • Ms Abrams was not present once again.

Statements by Executives 1. Treasurer Sam Zivot ▪ If you have any used couches, desks, etc. the SAC is interested in getting them for our office. Email us at
[email protected]. 2. ESD Ellie Graham • There will be no Semi. There may be a Jersey Boys show instead. 3. Secretary Carol Xiong • The PTA Senator survey was reviewed – but shall be shelved to next meeting as there was limited attendance. • TDSB questions were read out loud • TDSB Supercouncil Leadership Camp is open to applications – shelved for next meeting

VIII. Other Business • •

SPASM applied for association status. Because of an incorrect signature, the case will have to be reviewed next meeting when this issue has been absolved. Northern Ambassadors application for Club status ◦ Conflicts with TDSB Supercouncil and the Student Activists (Constitution, Sec 19) ◦ Will have to be shelved for a future meeting during which respective presidents will have to attend.
