He is a very hard working and pleasant individual; we have never had any sort of problems from Dave as he was a very quick learner. He is a very good listener and a very good team player. He always puts 100% in his work and helps all new starters or anyone that’s struggling. He is punctual and has a good work ethic. He is also an honest, reliable and valued member of the team. His job is to go out and canvass on doors, which means he is always in contact with the general public. We find he is very polite and a professional individual. When speaking to Dale on a one to one basis he expressed his deepest regrets for the incident which occurred. His attitude has since changed for the better; he’s now very committed to working hard.
