All prices per person in Euro. Rooms are ready at 3pm on your day of arrival. Check-out time on departure day is 10am. Catering for your holiday starts at dinner on arrival day and ends after breakfast on departure day. You can gladly extend the hours of arrival and departure for a fee. All pictures of the apartments and suites are to be understood as samples and variations are possible. No house pets.

Price per child per day for the 74 hour children and baby supervision per week and the „All Inclusive Land of Milk & Honey Package”.

RESERVATIONS.

Erlberg

We have 30% reduction on accommodation and the “Land of milk & honey” package for extra persons after 3 people have paid in full. We require €400,- deposit on a secure booking. Your reservation is valid when the deposit and a signed confirmation of the booking is received.

CANCELLATIONS.

Free cancellation of your reservation booking is only possible up to 28 days before your arrival date. A cancellation within 28 days prior arrival will be charged with a 80% cancellation fee of the total package price. This also applies to guests departing earlier than planned. We accept the EC-Card (only Austria, Germany, Netherlands & Switzerland), VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We charge €50,- handling charge for cancellations. We recommend you to take out a travel insurance (www.europaeische.at). All bookings belong to the Austrian Hotelregulations (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006). The court of jurisdiction is in Zell am See. 6
