Learning(s)/Insight(s) Gained 

Holiday!

It’s important to Clarify the rules before the giving the test. But, sadly due to lack of test papers some of them are sharing on one test paper and it so hard to roam around because I am the only one facilitating their test.

Ma’am Gonzales asked us to facilitate the test for Grade 9. It’s the Unit test that covers the 4 module for the 4th Quarter. They are shocked because I am strict when giving or facilitating  exams. I told them to move their seats and I call the attention if they are talking and noisy.

Day 3: Test again for Grade 9 February 27, 2019 Wednesday Another day of Test! It’s so hard to facilitate the test at lower sections. They are very noisy at first that’s why it takes time to get the paper, some of them doesn’t have ball pen. And I get mad because I saw someone using cell phone, I gave him a warning or else I will get his paper and let him out. So tired!  I want to rest really bad. Also, I’m planning what I will do with my grand demo. I have a checklist.

Really hard to impose new rules to them because they are used to that way. But, Even it is hard I will try my best to teach them the right and clean way because test also measures how well did they learn from me and from Kyla (ST from Sta. Isabel) and how well they study for the test. During a test, students will look up for inspiration, down for remembering the answer and left and right for information. Really get mad because my student in lower section doesn’t take the test seriously, Some of them didn’t finish it and some of them guess it. Also, I caught the attention of students who are sleeping. UGH! GIGIL! I don’t know but my patience is running out of time. I’m actually not the patient kind of person but these students are really challenging my patience. Help me Lord.

Philippine Normal University National Center for Teacher Education INSTITUTE TEACHING AND LEARNING Manila Day 4: Checking a bunch of papers February 28, 2019 Thursday This is so hard, I’m feeling dizzy checking a lot of papers and recording it. But, this is the life of a teacher. “Pinagawa mo, Checkan mo” But, I feel happy when I saw their homeworks. They really gave an effort, I will put this in my documentation so that my supervisor will see their work. Grand Demo is fast approaching, OMG! Day 5: Checking of Lesson Plan March 1, 2019 Friday

• I loved seeing their homeworks but Honestly I’m tired checking hehe, 12 sections to check their homeworks, 12 sections to check their test and 12 sections to record their grades and last 12 minutes for me to survive! Just kidding! There is no elevator to the success, So I will take the stairs. Really nervous on the next upcoming days. But, I need to do my best. That’s why I should work hard right NOOOW. 

TGIF! Thank you Lord! Let’s get ready for next week self.  Grand demo is fast approaching. I learned today that as a future teacher. My 4 more days before my Grand Demo, and there mistakes should be also my teacher not my are some revisions in my Lesson plan that I attacker. A mistake is a lesson, not a loss. It is need to work out. I need to work these temporary and not a dead end. That’s why weekends and plan everything so that It will there are always room for improvement. For be a smooth demo.
