Target/ task set.
When we talk about target then it is two type first is measure in monetary terms and other is measure in non monetary terms. Monetary Terms- To recruit 8 advisor or a policy of Rs 80 000 in four month. Non Monetary Terms- To understand corporate environment and make good relation with customer and corporate person.

Strategy To Achieve the target I have decided to target Defense area because 40 % of Kanpur market is covered by defense. First of all I decided to check the awareness level of people in that area. We were done a survey for 5 days and find that only 15% people are aware about Bharti AXA. So we done advertisement in that area for a weak. We find out four people who have lot of links Mr.Ramesh , Mr. –Narendra Kumar shau, missLaxmi Gautam and Mr. Alok kumar . They has deal with public in his daily life . They all are local and out of four people two of them join my team and become life advisor. They have lot of links. It is near about 20% of kanpur market.

Achievements It is very difficult to measure the achievements During SIP period. Here we understand the difference between theoretical concept and Practical life. We understand the corporate environment. We also make a good Relationship with customer and corporate Person. We recruit 2 advisors from Kanpur market and create some leads. Actually we make a team in Kanpur market and that team represent me in future in Bharti AXA Life Insurance.

Variance in Target We achieve non monetary target above then our Expectation .But only 30 % Monetary target was achieve Because there is lack of leadership in Bharti AXA . Alteration rate of employee is very high. Lack of motivation, and resign of company guide also effect company performance.
Limitation We done hard work during 4 month of SIP. Here we face lot of problems. The problem is only our perception. 1- New Market 2- Lack of advertisement 3- Lack of time 4- Lack of fund

KAIZEN for the day The Japanese word "KAIZEN" means improvement, improvements without spending much money, involving everyone, and using much common sense.
