Introduction:My management thesis topic is “A STUDY OF ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA OF NEW PRODUCT WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE OF DETERGENT POWDER IN KANPUR”.
My objective of this topic is to find out the satisfaction level of customers by the services, provided by the company. This is measured through the attitude of customers towards the services of the detergent powder company. The attitude is measured by some scale like as- likert scale, sementic scale, rating scale. I will do this research to know the quality of services, by which customers are retained in this detergent company.
Researche planned According to my management thesis topic I will planned some activities which are followings:a)
Prepare a questionnaire to collect the data for my research
b)
Select the appropriate sample size for the research
c) Select the appropriate statistical tool d) Interpret the results
Literature review: New product acceptance process has generally focused on the consumer and ways to incorporate their preferences in developing new products. As with any new product launch or line extension, it is critical during the early stages to monitor product acceptance amongst consumers. It is important for marketers not only to understand who is purchasing the product, but equally, the extent to which consumer perceptions impact actual consumer purchase dynamics. As marketers, there are many factors we need to consider when evaluating new product
