All requests for use should be made at least one month (if possible) in advance of the event with return of the completed use request form and to the church office along with 50% of the usage fee. Remainder of balance is due 14 business days prior to event. No alcohol or tobacco use is permitted on church property. 3. Damage to the property is the responsibility of the individual signing the Facility Use form. 4. GFC/GCs cannot be responsible for individual’s property lost, stolen, or damaged while at GFC/GCS. 5. All trash containers should be emptied after any events where food has been deposited in the container. 6. Any furniture moved or set-up for the event should be returned to its original position or to the appropriate storage area. 7. Adequate supervision should be provided for all events held at GFC/GCS. No one should enter rooms that are not reserved for the event. 8. No commercial (for profit) events shall be scheduled. 9. Payment of any required fee and /or deposit must be submitted with the completed Use Request form before the event can be scheduled. 10. The sound system must be operated by an approved GFC/GCS sound technician. 11. No drinks containing red, orange, or grape coloring. 12. No bird seed in the building. 13. No push pins in the chapel. 14. No Garter Toss 15. No dancing (Bride/Groom, Bride/Father, Groom/Mother dances allowed) 16. Decorations on wall shall not be removed without prior consent.
