stadium manager, host for each team, field preparations, maintenance crew, lights, security, ambulance, clean-up crew, chain crew and concessions. All concessions are retained by Graham I.S.D. Free Parking Press Box: Visitor and Home Tickets for sale at the gate. Dressing rooms for each team. The payment of all game expenses and provision of a final sales report within 30 working days following the event. A trophy will be provided to the winner.
COMPETING SCHOOLS PROVIDE: 1) Secure all game officials.
2) Game program and program sellers. 3) Provide Graham I.S.D. with a copy of pre-game tickets sold and a ticket report. 4) Provide Graham I.S.D. with a copy of all passes to be honored and the number of complimentary passes. 5) Sign and return Facility Use Agreement. 6) Schools must provide a roster by Monday prior to game by fax (940.549.8656). 7) Each team supplies their own headsets. 8) Each team provides their own towels.
CRITERIA FOR RESERVING NEWTON FIELD: Both teams must be 100% assured of their playoff match-up game. Both teams must give verbal notice to Brad McCoy (Playoff Coordinator) as soon as they agree to play at the stadium. Teams must sign the Facility Use Agreement and return, by fax, to 940.549.8656.
