MARIANO MELGAR LT. “2” MZ “C” SECTOR “4 ” SAN LUIS; redacto el siguiente contrato para brindar el servicio de preparación de 600 PLATOS DE POLLADAS, por el monto de TRES MIL NUEVOS SOLES (S/.3000.00 ); para la COFRADÍA DE NEGRITOS NIÑO JESUS INGENIERO, que será entregado el día SÁBADO 02 DE MARZO DEL 2019, en el POLIDEPORTIVO DEL COLEGIO DE INGENIEROS UBICADO EN HUAYOPAMPA, en la cual se constataran en la entrega las siguientes características por cada plato:  ¼ de pollo + papas sancochadas + Ají + plato descartable + tenedor + bolsa. En representación de la cofradía de negritos el señor MARTIN PERCY QUINTANA ROJAS identificado con DNI 22674429 domiciliado en JR JUNIN 568; se hará responsable por pago al 100 % del monto indicado, por el servicio brindado del señor Bemjy J.
