In order to minimize these risks and to serve our clients better and expediently, there are a few facts we would like to highlighted If you have decided that you want to utilize our services :

Ministry Of Labor clearance: 3-5 days Visa Stamping: 3-10 days

MINIMUN REQUIREMENT… Wages not less than the minimum wages set by the Department of Labor or minimum wage of the country where Indonesian workers shall be employed. Period of employment to be clearly stated.

Flight schedule: 5-10 days

PROBATION…

Regular working hours and overtime pay in accordance with the local labor law.

We allow our clients to place our workers on three months probation to give our clients adequate time to evaluate them on-site. PT. Buana Safira Abadi will take full responsibility for the repatriation of any worker selected by PT. Buana Safira deemed by the client not qualified or not medically fit, unless the client himself selected the worker.

Food and accommodation to be provided free of charge to the workers or food allowance in lieu of.

Free medical treatment. Workmen's compensation benefits according to social insurance schemes of the host country or benefits insured by a private insurance company.

PT. Buana Safira Abadi regularly sends its clients various weekly reports to help them monitor the progress of the recruitment. We also answer all client queries within a span of 24 hours after receiving such queries. After a project’s completion, the company submits a final report to the client, which indicates visa and ticket utilization with the corresponding applicant names and the date of deployment.

Necessary documents including performance/repatriation bonds will be executed by the candidate to ensure the commitment of the applicant that, he/she will not apply to other employers, he/she will definitely board the airplane to work site as scheduled, and that he/she will be penalized should he/she fail without employers consent. 11. (CLIENT COMPANY LETTER HEAD EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT 11. Obligation 11.1 The Employee shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Employer's company stipulated in conformity with the local labor law, and shall respect the local traditions and customs.

13.2 In the event of natural disaster, riot, fighting or war the Employer shall evacuate the Employee to the safe area, and if the situation is no longer conducive for the continuity of work, the Employer shall repatriate the Employee and shall pay for all the expenses of the repatriation. 13.3 Other conditions not mentioned in this contract shall be in accordance with the stipulations of the local labor law. 13.4 In case the Employer fails to implement any of the conditions agreed in this contract, in full or in part, the Employer shall be responsible for all the losses incurred to the Employee.

1.2 The EMPLOYER shall have the final authority on the selection of workers for employment. 1.3 Parties to this agreement shall ensure compliance to host country laws including immigration laws in the employment of Indonesian workers and the protection of their rights and general welfare. 1.4 The EMPLOYER shall provide the FIRST PARTY with the detailed RECRUITMENT AGREEMENT, DEMAND LETTER, POWER OF ATTORNEY and EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, which have been approved and seen by Indonesian General Consulate in UAE. The DEMAND LETTER shall include the scope of responsibility for the position being sourced-out and the details of the compensation being offered.

4.1 The FIRST PARTY shall undertake the pre-screening of workers based on the employer’s QS. A short list of pre-screened workers shall be endorsed to the EMPLOYER together with their application papers. 4.2 The EMPLOYER shall advice the FIRST PARTY on its trade test or board requirement if any cost of which shall be borne by the EMPLOYER for the selected worker’s. 4.3 The EMPLOYER shall conduct interview of shortlisted applicants at the FIRST PARTY premises by phone interview, videotaped interview or interview outside of the FIRST PARTY premises may be allowed whenever necessary, subject to approval of the FIRST PARTY.

2. FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT: 2.1 The EMPLOYER shall pay to the FIRST PARTY the amount of US$...................................per selected worker as recruitment service fee for the preselection, documentation, and processing in accordance with the rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor. 2.2 The employer shall remit to the FIRST PARTY one hundred percent (100%) of the recruitment service fee (net of bank charges) before the scheduled deployment of the candidates. 3. Such advertisement shall be under the supervision of FIRST PARTY. Payment of advertisement cost shall be made by the EMPLOYER on or before publication. 4.4 The EMPLOYER shall communicate to the FIRST PARTY within reasonable time, their selection of workers. 4.5 The EMPLOYER shall surrender The FIRST PARTY documents of workers who were not selected. 4.6 Selection of workers on the basis of QS is subject to the result of medical examination conducted by duly accredited medical clinic or hospital accredited by UAE Medical Authority. The FIRST PARTY shall ensure that selected applicants undergo basic medical examination which shall included Chest X-Ray, Blood Pressure, EENT Check-Up, Urine Analysis, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Stool Test and Psycho Test as well as other medical tests like HIV Test as specified under EMPLOYERdefined medical protocol. 4.7 Replacements of those who fail in the medical examination shall be done in consultation with The EMPLOYER.

8. guarantee and termination of employee

5.1 The FIRST PARTY shall provide Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) to selected workers for which a certificate shall be issued. Such PDOS shall equip selected workers with basic understanding of the employment contract, information on host country profile and orientation on necessary values and attitudes for effective employment abroad.

8.1 If the workers selected and hired by the EMPLOYER found not medically fit within 1(One) week of arrival or after the second medical examination in medical authority in UAE, the EMPLOYER will inform the FIRST PARTY in writing and the EMPLOYER should be able to provide medical report from medical authority in UAE. The FIRST PARTY undertakes to hold the selected workers fully responsible for all expenses incurred by him and the replacement workers and cost such as air ticket, visa fee shall be provided by the FIRST PARTY.

5.2 The EMPLOYER or his representative or through the FIRST PARTY shall likewise provided selected workers with company briefing orientation regarding company’s rules and regulations, package of benefits, technical peculiarities of the demands of the work and its environment and others matters unique to their employment with the EMPLOYER. 6.0 Employment contract 6.1 The EMPLOYER shall employ his selected workers under EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (EC), mutually agreed upon between the EMPLOYER and the FIRST PARTY and acceptable in the country of destination. 6.2 The EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT shall be signed by the selected workers after the EMPLOYER has signed the same and after the confirmation of work visa availability, and orientation of selected workers on the total employment package being offered to them. 6.3 The EMPLOYER shall provide selected workers with basic things that would ensure their safety and protection such as Life Insurance during their working contract as per UAE Labor Law. 7. VISA ARRANGEMENTS AND DEPLOYMENT OF WORKERS 7.1 The EMPLOYER shall be solely responsible for and bear the expenses of securing entry visa or work permit of accepted workers. 7.2 The EMPLOYER shall update the FIRST PARTY on regular basis and as soon as possible on the status of visa application and approval on timely relay to selected workers. The FIRST PARTY shall be provided by the EMPLOYER with authority to transact with concerned Embassy in Indonesia for the release of visa. 7.3 The EMPLOYER shall immediately , upon the release of work visa, advises and facilitates the FIRST PARTY with the airline ticket booking and departure processes for selected workers within maximum 15 (fifteen) working days.

8.2 If the workers selected and hired by the EMPLOYER not qualified and terminated at anytime, within the probation period of 3 (three) months starting from the date of the employment., the FIRST PARTY would be responsible for new replacement without any charge for air ticket and visa application. The EMPLOYER shall provide the FIRST PARTY with Letter of Termination. 8.3 The EMPLOYER is liable to deduct the last wages of the terminated worker for reimbursement of visa application fee and repatriation costs to home country. 9. REPATRIATION WORKERS The EMPLOYER shall be responsible for the repatriation of the workers and transportation of his/her personal effects in cases such as : 9.1 Death, serious injury or medical sickness. The EMPLOYER shall immediately inform the FIRST PARTY and Labor attaché of the Indonesia Embassy in the Employer’s country and/or the Labor Office in Jakarta about the said events. 9.2 In case of death of employee, the EMPLOYER shall bear the expenses for the repatriation of the remains of the employee and his personal properties to his/her family or relative in home country, or if repatriation is not possible under certain circumstances, the proper disposition thereof, upon previous arrangement with the worker’s next of kin or in the absence of the latter, the nearest Indonesian Labor attaché or Embassy or consulate. 9.3 In all cases, the EMPLOYER shall insure that the benefits due to the employee shall be made available to him or his beneficiaries within the shortest time possible.

7.4 Workers selected by the EMPLOYER by virtue of this agreement shall be deployed to such Employer exclusively through the FIRST PARTY.

PERIOD OF AGREEMENT 10.1 This agreement shall be effective for a period of 2 ( two ) years upon its execution by the authorized representative of both parties, unless terminated or cancelled in accordance with Provisions no. 10 of this agreement. 10.2 This agreement shall be automatically renewed when neither parties causes to terminate the agreement. 11. AMANDMENT 11.1 Any parties may initiate the review or reaffirmation of this agreement as it sees fit.

12.2 This agreement shall be automatically terminated when the EMPLOYER engages the services of a private recruitment agency without the consent of the FIRST PARTY. The FIRST PARTY reserves its rights to uphold an exclusive Recruitment Agreement with the EMPLOYER. 12.3 In case of termination of this agreement as above stated, the contract of employment shall remain valid, binding and enforceable between the EMPLOYER and employee in accordance with the term thereof. 12.4 Termination of this agreement shall not affect the requirement of the FIRST PARTY that the EMPLOYER shall advice the former of any renewal or termination of the employment of workers hired under this agreement. 13. LANGUAGE OF AGREEMENT:

11.2 In the events the terms of this agreement shall be affected by national policies or future legislations of the Indonesia and/or country where the employees have been assigned to perform contracted services, this agreement shall be amended or modified accordingly upon mutual consent of both parties.

13.1 The agreement is written in English and may be also written with the official language of the country of employment and both copies shall be deemed binding on the parties.

12. TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT 12.1 This agreement shall be terminated by either party by giving notice to the other party, citing the reasons for such termination.

14.1 This Contract shall be the law between parties and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia but not to the exclusion of and prejudice to the laws of the country of employment, international laws, covenants and practices.
