Board of Supervisors

BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP County of Rice, State of Minnesota May, 19, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM by Chair, Leif Knecht. Present were supervisors Glen Castore and Kathleen Doran-Norton, road supervisor, Dennis Brown, and clerk, Pam Petersen. This meeting is a continuation of the May 12, 2009 board meeting. The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all present. Fawn Court update; Dennis Brown reported that the work was done, topped with crushed limestone. Right-of-Way resolution with City of Northfield for 80th Street; K Doran-Norton will meet with Ophaug to clarify that all is in order and that the property owners are protected in the future event of road upgrades. Township Roads: Will be asking for line item documentation of all costs associated with each road for cost of gravel and how much was put on each road. Note to Dennis on how the documentation should read as to where do the funds come from for what road. Dundas funds: Decker Avenue and 115th St. Landfill: Coe, Dahle, 140th E., Cabot Fawn Court: funds are from the Huber Estate (this year only). Letter to Dennis was written and mailed to him. Leif Knecht will send a statement of appreciation to Gene Bakko for his service and congratulations on his retirement. The Board of Supervisors wrote a letter to the Dundas Planning Commission regarding the recent resolution on the lot split. Meeting adjourned at 9:10PM.
