OPENING Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Izfaningrum Melati Sukma. I’m a head of nurse in Siloam Hospital. I am standing here to give your infotmation. The little of my presentation is “Food for Women’s Health”. We are here today to learn about type of food for women’s health. I shal sonly take 10 minute of your time. Well, I have divide my talk into 3 sections. To start with I’ll describe “Why food is important for women’s health”. Second, “Type of food for women’s health” and the last is “ Benefit kind of food for women’s health”. I'd glad to answer any question in end of my talks. And finally, I’ll summarize my presentation. Well, let’s start with “Why food is important for women’s health” Everyone needs a nutrient-rich diet to maintain good health. No exception for women. Food sources of vitamins and minerals are essential to protect a woman's body from various diseases for example bone loss (osteoporosis), pregnancy problems, breast cancer, ovarian cyst, cervical cancer and other women's health issues. So, what foods are potent safeguard women's health throughout her age? Now, let’s talk about “Kind of food for women’s health” Nature has provided a variety of foods that are able to treat the youthfulness of the body. Well, I will mention five kind food for women’s health for example avocado, spinach, watermelon, broccoli and green apple. And the last I will talk about “benefits from avocado, spinach, watermelon and broccoli First, Avocado

Regularly eat avocados will help lower your cholesterol. Additionally, avocados are also rich in vitamin E, which is able to stimulate the production of collagen to keep skin supple and bright, away from wrinkles. Avocado diet can help lose belly fat and protect the eyes as well as your skin. Second, Spinach Phytonutrients in spinach helps to protect skin from the sun's UV rays. Spinach is also rich in beta-carotene and lutein are effective to maintain the elasticity and the skin's natural moisture. Next, watermelon

The content of citrulline contained in the same watermelon with fertility drugs. So eating watermelon regularly will help you in increasing fertility. And the last is broccoli Broccoli contains sulforaphane, a chemical that can help reduce excess estrogen in the body so as to prevent the risk of cancer Ok. Everyone needs a nutrient-rich diet to maintain good health. Nature has provided a variety of foods that are able to treat the youthfulness of the body. And I recommendations are keep to healthy life, enough rest, balanced nutrition food and keep four healthy five perfects. That’s all my presentation thank you for your attention.
