FUTSAL PARTICULARIS Individual Technique and Individual Tactic Passing - any type of passing - specific for futsal (scoop pass, pivot pass) Feinting (opening) - any type of feinting - specific for futsal (“gatinho”) Shooting - any type of shooting - specific for futsal (toe punt, 2, volley) Marking Dribbling - any type of dribbling - specific for futsal (dribbling with sole of the foot) Ball Protection Running with the Ball - any type of running with the ball - specific for futsal (control in movement with the sole) Ball control - any type of ball controll - specific for futsal (oriented control, Play change: on pass, own, feint, attack ball) Head Shoot Ball stopping - any type of ball stopping - specific for futsal (stop with the sole) Goalkeeping technique - specific for futsal (1)

Ball Controll and Reception Controll: half-stopped, stopped, damping Contact superficies (areas): Foot; sole, inside, empein Thigh Chest Head Important: Player should not wait the ball! He needs to go, to feint and to anticipate! He needs to go to bring the ball, surpriseing the opponent, coming closer and away

Running with the ball Exercises a) very fast “running with the ball” in form of relief (right line, zig-zag line, in circle) b) circular “running with the ball” c) “running with the ball” and stop d) fast “running with the ball” Details: - lot of touches to the ball with low intensity, to take much closer ball to the foot - vista to the front - ask for change of rate (rhytm) during “conduction and stop & start”
Passing Passing exercises 1.
