Training Session
Target of any type of training is to adapted players to the competition to whom they are going to partecipate.
Training session according to the best worlds coaches should respect “coerent structure” even if factor time is negative.
Don’t start “training session” with high intensity exercises because our body is not ready and also the concentration is on a low level.

Initial Central
Initial Part or Warm Up Exercises with low phisycal and psychical level General Warm Up – global activation of body (same for all sports) Specific Warm Up – typic for any sport, without particular efforts
General/Specific divison of Warm Up depends on how many training sessions we make a week. If the number of weekly sessions is low is better to unificate this two parts in favour of Specific Warm Up
Main or Central Part or Development Part Intensive exercises block with higher level of difficulties
Final Part or Cool Down Closing exercises
