TECHNICAL TRAINING METHODOLOGY Situational skill training •Use of reduced games (reduced number of players or reduced space) •Divide the court into zones •Create similar-to-game situations (variations: 1x1, 1x1 +1, 2x1, 2x2, 2x2 +1, 3x2, 3x3, 3x3 +1, 4x3, 4x4) •+1 = support for team with ball •Use challenges/competition to demand high level during the sessions
TECHNICAL TRAINING METHODOLOGY •REPEAT FOR FIXATION, BUT NOT INDEFINITELY •VARIATE FOR NONMECHANIZATION (INTELLIGENT PLAYING) •CLEAR SEPARATION BETWEEN WARM-UP AND TRAINING (LEARN, GO TO HIGHER LEVEL) •CREATE CLOSE TO REAL DEMAND SITUATIONS •POSE CHALLENGES TO DEMAND MAXIMUM FROM PLAYERS
