To equip every students with knowledge, skills and understanding that they need to live in and contribute effectively to a global society and to work in a competitive global economy.

School boards, superintendents, and principals are held accountable to outcome based World-Class School Performance Objectives and Measures rather than compliance with thousands of bureaucratic laws and regulations to ensure students receive world class education Example of educational institutes/ education: Elementary school High school College/ University Technical education Professional education

Ways to create a world class education. 1.







Ensure our graduates are globally competent. have the knowledge of other world regions, cultures, economics and global issues. Equipped with the skills to communicate in languages other than English to work in cross-cultural teams, and to access information from different sources from around the world. Have the values of respect for other cultures.

Create an internationally competitive education system that are held to world class standards and benchmarks. Incentives should be provided to a country to benchmark their performance so that policymakers can examine the highest performing schools and also the rapid performing countries that will compete for expertise.

Recognizing that knowledge of the world is not a luxury, but a necessity for every student. Teachers must prepared to introduce global content, world languages, cultures, and issues to their students. Teaching with a global context is not an added burden, but it can be a driving force in improving student learning, scores on standards-based tests, and graduation rates.



Investing in our education leaders and teachers’ capacity to teach the international dimensions of their subjects. 

provide opportunities for teachers and teacher educators to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for the 21st century including: updating their knowledge of world regions, economics, and global challenges; understanding how to work as part of international teams to address these challenges; and the ability to communicate across cultures.
