Tutorial Notes: Week 3 Unit: HLTH2203 Physical Performance Lab Sport: Cricket Week: 3 Activity 1 - Warm Up – Reaction ball Learners: - Notre Dame students will be developing skills and abilities of cricket Equipment: - 1 x ball per group Space: - 10x10m Time: - 10 minutes Instructions - Students are split into groups of five, with 1 ball each for Activity - The aim for the students is to throw the ball at the same time and the balls will clash so that everyone attempts to catch the balls Variations - Add scoring system and - Change size of circle the students are standing in Progressions - Change number of students KTP’s 1.
