In this context and with the aim of identifying the dynamics of conflict management, researchers have examined the relationships among many different variables, including commitment styles (MorrisRothschild & Brassard, 2006), organizational communication climate (Nordin, Sivapalan, Bhattacharyya, Ahmad, & Abdullah, 2014), emotional intelligence (Chan, Sit, & Lau, 2013) and relationship quality (Bagwell & Coie, 2004), among others (Erzen & Armagan, 2015)
Furthermore, determining whether variables such as the sample group, leadership style, year of publication and type of publication play moderating roles in the effect of leadership on conflict management was prioritized in this study. The results indicate that there is a significant effect of leadership on conflict management (Erzen & Armagan, 2015)
