SVQ Level 2 Exercise and Fitness

Designed for those who wish to work with participants in a gym setting - providing evidence of an individual's competence in teaching exercise and fitness. Developed to reflect modern practices, this course is nationally recognised and gives entry onto the Register of Exercise Professionals.

SVQ Level 3 Personal Training

Suitable for instructors who have already achieved SVQ Level 2 Instructing Exercise & Fitness and wish to operate at a higher level. Assessment will be carried out after course delivery to enable candidates the appropriate time to generate part of the required evidence for certification. Candidates who have previously completed the Level 2 with us are entitled to a 25% discount.

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification

£310 . 5 days . 9.00am-5.00pm 19-23 November 2012 . 22-24 February & 2-3 March 2013

The NPLQ is the most widely recognised lifeguard qualification in the UK & Ireland and is a recruitment requirement for a number of jobs from Pool Lifeguard to Centre Manager.

Mental Health First Aid
