I found the staff at Edinburgh Napier very efficient and able to answer, confidently, any questions I had. This sealed the deal for me and I couldn’t wait to get started! “When I arrived, I had booked into student accommodation for my first year – I felt this was really important as it would help me to organise myself, but also get used to sharing a flat! I stayed with lots of international students so it really gave me an insight into different nationalities and cultures! I didn’t know any other students before starting university but it was really easy to meet friends. The teaching staff are also very friendly and approachable. “I really enjoy my course as it is so diverse and covers so many different areas. The course involves a lot of group work – but I know this is good as most jobs will involve spending a lot of time in teams once I have graduated! It is also a bonus because you get to know practically everyone in your year! You get allocated time in the third year to do a work placement and when it comes to the academic side of things you are given all the knowledge you need to make the most of your work experience. These courses allow you to gain a sound knowledge of this dynamic subject in combination with a specialist subject that will add value to your career.
