HITLER I • Adolf Hitler was born on 20 April 1889 in Austria, and dead on 30 April 1945. • Thinking he had a special gift for drawing, Hitler requested twice the membership of the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna in 1908 but was not admitted. In 1913, after failed and feel marginalized by their families and society, went for the first time in Munich, which in those years immediately preceding the First World War was a meeting of progressive intellectuals who came of throughout Germany who wanted to escape the imperial orthodoxy which was then installed in Berlin. In this city began to show interest in racist theories • During the final days of the war in 1945, Hitler married his long-time mistress Eva Braun. Less than 40 hours later, the two committed suicide.

HITLER II Hitler was the leader of the “national socialist German workers party”. This was a rightist party that wanted German revenge for the treatment imposed after the World War I and accused Jews of being responsible of German situation.

JEWS In the 70 after Christ Jewish people were expulsed from their country by the Romans. Since then they have lift in many countries without never integrating with local communities. Because of that they have been persecuted along the centuries: • In 1492 they have been expulsed from Spain. • In Russia the farmers killed Jewish people when the harvest was bad (pogrom). • The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is a book publicized in Russia that tries to justify pogroms. This book was one of the sources used by Hitler to justify his hate towards Jews.

Extermination of Jews…

When the Nazis won the elections, they make laws that limit Jews rights. They tried to exterminate Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, mentally retarded and communists. First they obligate Jews to live in ghettos. Then they obligated to wear the symbol of Jews because the people recognize the Jewish people. Nazis carry to concentration camps where Jews and gypsies…did toward labors. The FINAL SOLUTION: Nazi decide to EXTERMINATE people that they hate in gas chambers.

Concentration camps The most important concentration camps were: Auschwitz-Birkenau, Bełżec, Chełmno, Majdanek, Sobibór,  Treblinka, Bogdanovka, Jasenovac, Kaiserwald, Maly Trostenets, Mauthausen, Sajmište, Sachsenhausen, Uckermark

Occupation and allied government Between 1939 and 1945 Germany occupied many European countries and stabilized alliances with others fascist governments like Mussolini (Italy), Franco (Spain). They invaded France, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium… and exterminated millions of people.

Hitler dead Hitler suicide when American and Russian excercits were winning the World War II. He suicide with his wife Eva Braun, because he didn’t want to see the German defeat.

Conclusions The final conclusion we extract from this presentation is that everybody has to respect and be respected by the others. And people like Hitler and all his friends didn’t respect other people only because they were from a different race or religion. And that’s a racist crime. And we think that we must consider and respect people as individuals
