TEKSTONG PROSIDYURAL MAJA BLANCA

Sangkap: Part A: 5 cups rich coconut milk (kakang gata) 2 cups evaporated milk 2 1/2 cups sugar or 1 cup condensed milk 1 cup sweet whole kernel corn chopped jackfruit (langka) (Optional) Part B: 2 cups corn starch 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup evaporated milk 3 drops yellow, food color (optional lamang din po ito kung gusto ninyo pong dilaw ang kulay ng Maja Blanca na parang kulay mais rin lang) 1 cup coconut pulp (sapal) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine *Grated Cheese (optional) Paraan: 1) Paghaluin ang mga 4 na naunang sangkap kakang gata, evaporated milk, asukal at corn kernel sa isang sauce pan. Pakuluin habang hinahalo halo. 2) Sa isang bowl, paghaluin ang cornstarch, 1 cup coconut milk, evaporate milk and food coloring. Haluing mabuti. 3) Ihalo ang ang Part B na mixture sa kumukulong Part A na mixture ... halo halo lang ng mabuti. 4) Pakuluin ng mga 5 minutes hanggang maging thick na ang consistency ng mixture 5) Ilagay sa baking pan or mold. Let it cool. 6) Samantala, ihanda ang toppings. I-toast po ang coconut flakes, asukal at butter hanggang mag golden brown. Ibudbod sa nalutong Maja Blanca. Pwede rin po ang Grated cheese. Serve and Enjoy po!
